SPINMEDIC repairs commercial laundry equipment for laundromats and dry cleaners across the Greater Toronto Area. We have steady gas dryer work coming in and we're looking for a licensed gas technician to take it on as an independent contractor.

THE ROLE
Contract position, part-time to start, built to grow into full-time hours. Our client list is growing, and contractors who start early and do great work get first call on new jobs. We book the jobs, handle the clients and supply the parts. You show up and get the machines running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose and repair gas dryers in laundromats and dry cleaners (ignition, gas valves, burners, venting, controls)
• Preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Washer and general laundry equipment work if you have the skills (not required)
• Follow TSSA regulations and standards

MUST HAVE
• Valid TSSA registered G2 or G1 gas technician certificate
• Valid Ontario driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
• Your own tools and gas test equipment
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor and invoicing per job

BIG PLUS
• Commercial dryer experience (Dexter, Huebsch, Speed Queen, UniMac, ADC, Continental Girbau, Electrolux)
• Residential gas dryer experience is valuable too

PAY AND PERKS
• $40 to $50 per hour, based on experience
• Steady, recurring work
