Sunny Southern California Vacation Rental
Description
Palm Desert, California Winter Rental – Avondale Country Club – Private Pool – Prices in USD
Trade the rain for California sunshine this winter. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home (about 1,815 sq ft) sits inside Avondale Country Club, a gated golf community with 24-hour security in Palm Desert, in Southern California’s Coachella Valley.
Your own private, heated pool sits in a walled courtyard surrounded by hedges and flowers, with a covered patio, ceiling fans and a BBQ. The primary suite opens directly onto the pool deck, and the second bedroom has its own garden patio. There’s an attached garage, in-garage laundry, and a single-level layout with no interior steps.
During your stay you’ll have temporary access to Avondale Country Club’s amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center and dining. El Paseo’s shops and restaurants are just minutes away.
All 2027 winter months are available. Rent is $3,997 USD per month, with a one-month minimum. I’m flexible on dates, length of stay and pricing. Ask about multi-month package discounts. Fully furnished, with utilities included up to a cap. Dogs welcome.
