❗️ Duties and responsibilities: ❗️
•⁠ ⁠⁠Load/unload trucks accurately and safely
•⁠ ⁠Properly stack skids, wrap product, and apply labels according to product and customer specifications
•⁠ ⁠⁠Accurately maintain inventory data and complete Transfers
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and timely shipping records (written records and computer records)
•⁠ ⁠Accurately use the Scanning-gun for inventory management
•⁠ ⁠⁠Keep shipping area clean and organized throughout the shift
•⁠ ⁠⁠Safely use and operate Walkie, counter-balance forklift, Reach truck/forklift
•⁠ ⁠Other general labour duties as required


❗️ REQUIREMENTS ❗️
•⁠ ⁠MUST be fluent in English (all reports are hand written inside production and they must be correct and legible)
•⁠ ⁠⁠⁠Eligible to legally work in Canada full-time
•⁠ ⁠⁠Safety shoes are required
•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable and able to work with different species of meat (e.g. beef, poultry, pork, and lamb)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (production area = 4-8 degrees, cooler = 0 degrees, freezer = -18 degrees) No significant amount of time is spent inside the freezer - it's mainly just moving product in and out for storage.
•⁠ ⁠⁠⁠Must be comfortable with general labour duties - not forklift only
•⁠ ⁠⁠Previous experience is required

♦️ Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 2:30 or 3 PM
♦️ Shift Days: Monday to Friday, full-time hours with potential for overtime and occasional Saturday
(hours after 44 will be paid at time and a half)
♦️ Pay: $18.90/H to start (The payment is weekly)
♦️ Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2V2
