Part-Time Cook – Eggsmart Kennedy

Location: 1961 Kennedy Road, Unit 1, Scarborough
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
Shifts: Morning and daytime; exact hours discussed during the interview.

Eggsmart Kennedy is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic part-time cook to join our team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in preparing great food, maintains a clean kitchen and works well with others in a busy breakfast and lunch restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and lunch dishes according to Eggsmart recipes and presentation standards.
• Cook eggs to order and prepare menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Complete food preparation, stock the cooking line and keep your station organized.
• Follow food safety, storage and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain consistent portions, rotate ingredients and minimize food waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver orders promptly.
• Complete kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift duties.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple orders during busy service periods.
• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Attention to food quality, cleanliness and consistency.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Availability on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
