Salary: $38.50/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Work Location: Various locations throughout the Lower Mainland, BC
Start Date: As soon as possible

Applicant Requirements
Education: High school is required
Language: English
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant work experience
Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly. A criminal record check may be required.

Job Duties
• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, forming, finishing, fencing, and landscape carpentry.
• Work on tenant improvements, office renovations, structural upgrades, and remediation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, contract drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other construction materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Estimate required materials and project costs.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and efficient jobsite.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
