UnitRevive is a Calgary construction company expanding into new homes, infills, garages and large renovations. We’re looking for an experienced framer who can take full charge of framing on site, from layout to inspection.

What you’ll do

Run framing on residential projects from start to finish, with little day-to-day supervision
Read plans and engineered drawings, then lay out walls, floors and roof systems
Lead and direct a small crew, keep the site safe and keep the job on schedule
Help with material take-offs and coordinate deliveries
Get every job through City of Calgary framing inspections
Send daily photo updates to the owner

What you bring

5 years of residential framing, including 2 years leading a crew or a site
Strong blueprint reading (trusses, beams, point loads, shear walls)
Ability to drive a zoom will be an advantage
Your own hand tools; your own framing guns and compressor is a bonus
Valid driver’s licence and reliable truck
Gst Registration
Fall protection and WHMIS; First Aid an asset
Red Seal Carpenter an asset, not required

Pay

Piece rate per square ft/ per phase.
Subcontractor: competitive per-job rates. You must carry your own WCB coverage and liability insurance
Bonus for jobs finished on schedule and passing inspection the first time
