High foot traffic - 60,000 student population, hundreds of students walk by shop daily
Parking available - Parking available for clients at rear of building
Well-lit, spacious, fully furnished shop: just bring your tools and your skills
PART TIME OR FULL TIME BOTH AVAILABLE - SET YOUR OWN HOURS FULLY FLEXIBLE
FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENTS (YOUR CHOICE)
✨ Chair rental: pay rent and keep 100% of your haircut earnings
✨ No rent, % split: no upfront cost, just a fair split of what you earn. This is rare and ideal if you’re building your clientele or starting out on your own

Someone that can answer the phone, and take on all the clients we are turning away daily
Barbers who deliver clean, consistent, quality cuts (fades, tapers, classic men’s cuts)
Years of experience aren’t required (but helps). Your cut quality is what matters.
