Shift: Night Shift — Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

​About the Role:
​We are a growing Indian Tiffin Service looking for hardworking, reliable, and punctual team members to join our kitchen staff for the night shift. You will be responsible for preparing tiffin containers, packaging fresh meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and dishwashing to ensure smooth daily operations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Pack and assemble Indian tiffin meals accurately according to daily order counts.
​Wash, sanitize, and organize pots, pans, utensils, and food containers.
​Keep the kitchen work area, prep stations, and floors clean and organized.
​Assist with basic kitchen prep work if needed.
​Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
​Requirements:
​Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (PR, Citizen, or Valid Work Permit).
​Ability to work the full night shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday).
​Prior experience in an Indian kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but training will be provided.
​Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchen items (pots/pans).
​Strong work ethic, punctual, and detail-oriented.
