Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This hybrid role is essential in providing excellent service both on the floor and behind the bar. You will serve food and drinks, handle simple alcoholic beverage service (no complex mixology required), maintain a clean dining/bar area, and process VLT transactions.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide consistent, attentive hospitality
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, simple spirits)
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including dining, bar, and VLT seating areas
- Process guest checks, table payments, and VLT cash-outs/payouts accurately
- Monitor guest needs and strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Stay attentive to both dining and VLT guests, ensuring comfort and safety
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (required for alcohol and VLT service)
- Valid Smart Serve Manitoba (or equivalent MB liquor service certification) required
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic math skills for handling cash, card payments, and VLT payouts
