Looking for a handyman to fix a crushed wall and hang a bedroom door. $600 flat rate covers labor and materials. I will do all the painting myself.

1. Wall: Impact damage is approximately 96" x 96" on a duplex wall. You must supply and install two full sheets of 5/8" Type X fire-rated.

2. Door: Supply a blank interior hollow-core door slab sized 80" x 30". Route the hinges to match the existing frame, drill the handle hole with the bolt/latch centered at 38", and hang it. (I have the handle).

Terms: Paid in full via cash only when the drywall is sanded smooth and the door is hung.
