Power Blast Exteriors is a growing local exterior cleaning company serving Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford and Colwood. We clean windows, houses, driveways, gutters and commercial properties, and we're hiring Crew Members to grow with us.

What you'll do:
• Window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning for homes and businesses
• Learn the equipment and techniques on the job
• Show up on time, work hard and leave every property looking great

What we offer:
• $20/hour starting wage
• Paid training, no experience needed

Room to grow:
We don't want anyone stuck in the same spot. Everyone starts as a Crew Member and can move up from there: Crew Member → Team Leader → Manager.

As a Crew Member, you learn the work. Once you're consistently performing well, you can step up to Team Leader and help train and lead the crew. Strong leaders can move into Management, building teams, overseeing multiple crews and helping grow the business. Promotions are based on performance, reliability, leadership and how well you develop others.

We're looking for people who:
• Are reliable and hardworking
• Don't mind physical, outdoor work
• Are comfortable working at heights (ladders)
• Have a positive attitude and want to learn
