A rich, layered cookie pie inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate. Made with chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough, a layer of smooth Belgian milk chocolate on the bottom, and a thick, creamy pistachio filling mixed with kataifi (the crispy shredded pastry). Another layer of dough sits on top, finished with a blend of milk and dark chocolate and plenty of crunchy pistachio pieces.

Made fresh with no preservatives. Best kept in the fridge so the layers stay firm and the pistachios stay fresh.
