Abby Cleaning Co. is a fast-growing, 5-star-rated residential and commercial cleaning company serving Toronto and the GTA. Our clients book us for regular, deep, move-in/out, carpet, sofa and steam cleaning. We're looking for an experienced Lead Cleaner to anchor our east-end coverage — downtown Toronto, North York and Scarborough.
The role
This is a guaranteed-income contractor role — not per-job commission. You get a steady monthly retainer and a full schedule of booked jobs from us. We handle all marketing, bookings, scheduling and customer service. You show up and deliver great cleans.
What you'll do
- Run scheduled residential and commercial cleaning jobs across the GTA
- Perform steam cleaning, carpet cleaning and sofa/upholstery cleaning to a professional standard
- Communicate job status through WhatsApp (arrival, completion, photos)
- Report any damage or issues immediately
What you must have
- 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Proven steam cleaning, carpet cleaning and sofa/upholstery cleaning skills
- Your own vehicle (car or van) and a valid driver's licence
- For the top rate: your own professional equipment and supplies, including a steam cleaner and carpet/upholstery machine. Experienced cleaners without the full equipment set are welcome too — we can supply the big machines.

- A clean police background check (required — we work inside clients' homes)
What we offer
- Guaranteed monthly retainer: $7,500–$8,500/month for the fully-equipped specialist lead; $5,500–$6,500/month for an experienced cleaner with their own car where we supply the steam/carpet machines
