This house is located in the old town NOTL. Approximately 1km from the main street/Queen Street.

It is a quirky house. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have low ceiling heights along the sides, but full height in the middle of the room. The openings for the rooms do not have doors and are approx 5' height because of the layout.

The main floor has a mid-sized living room, kitchen, small but complete washroom. There is also a small room which is either an office, a dining room or a bedroom. (Which it currently is being used as, and can only fit a single mattress.)

It has a gas stove in the living room, but electric heat used elsewhere in the house.

Furnished or unfurnished possible. Utilities not included.
