Vinyl Wrap & Signage Installer

Part-Time | 20–30 Hours Per Week, with Potential for More

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our growing team as a Vinyl Wrap & Signage Installer. This position is ideal for someone with a construction or trades background who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and taking on a variety of projects.

The role involves installing vinyl graphics, signage, vehicle graphics, and other visual branding products at our shop and at customer locations. Work may include indoor and outdoor installations, working at heights, and using ladders and aerial lifts.

As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Install vinyl graphics, vehicle decals, signage, and other visual branding products.
- Assist with vehicle wraps and vinyl application as required.
- Install signs and graphics at customer sites, including outdoor and elevated locations.
- Safely operate power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms.
- Assist with job preparation, material handling, and general shop duties.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Construction, installation, or other hands-on trades experience.
- Experience using power tools and general installation equipment.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and a reliable driving record.
- Experience operating aerial work platforms or lifts is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible and adaptable hours based on project schedules and customer bookings.
- Ability to work safely in a variety of environments, including construction sites and outdoor locations.

Assets (Not Required)
- Fall Arrest training or certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Aerial lift / boom lift / bucket truck certification, or willingness to obtain the appropriate training.
- Vinyl wrapping, sign installation, or sign-making experience.
- Experience working with ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.

Hours & Schedule
- Part-time position, generally **20–30 hours per week**.
- Additional hours may be available as project bookings increase.
- Flexible scheduling is required, as hours may vary depending on job locations, installation schedules, weather conditions, and customer deadlines.
- Some jobs may require earlier starts or schedule adjustments.

This position is best suited to someone who understands that trades and installation work can have changing schedules and is comfortable adapting when project demands change.
