Toronto Star Roofing & Construction is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as **Roofer Helpers**. The successful candidates will assist our roofing crew with residential roofing projects, helping ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

## Responsibilities

- Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems.
- Help remove old shingles, roofing materials, and debris.
- Carry and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with preparing roofs and job sites for roofing work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from experienced roofers and supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
- Perform general labour duties as required on residential construction sites.

## Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset, but not required.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
