JOB TITLE: Warehouse and Shipping Associate - Packing and Order Fullfilment

Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team in Concord, Ontario.

The ideal candidate must be hands-on, organized, efficient, and familiar with packing orders, preparing shipments, handling inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.

We need a dependable individual who knows their work, takes initiative, and is ready to contribute to a productive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Packing: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare shipping labels, process orders, and organize shipments for courier pickup.
Inventory Management: Receive, count, scan, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing stock.
Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly organized.
Warehouse Operations: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Product Handling: Handle, move, and organize products and packages as required.
Quality Control: Double-check orders, product quantities, and shipping information to prevent mistakes.

Qualifications & Requirements



Previous experience in warehouse operations, order packing, shipping, or fulfillment is preferred.
Must be hardworking, punctual, dependable, and responsible.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping labels or inventory systems are an asset.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift packages as required.
Work Location: On-site. Candidates must be able to commute to the workplace daily. This position does not offer remote or hybrid work.
