LioneZZ Logistics Inc. is seeking five experienced, reliable and professional independent owner-operators for ongoing grocery and fresh produce delivery opportunities in Toronto and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dedicated drivers who value consistent work opportunities, take pride in their service and are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must own or operate a FULL-SIZE COMMERCIAL CARGO VAN, such as:

* Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
* Ford Transit (full-size)
* GMC full-size cargo van
* Chevrolet full-size cargo van
* Equivalent full-size commercial cargo van

NO MINIVANS, SMALL CARGO VANS, SUVs OR PASSENGER VEHICLES.

Vehicles must be clean, reliable, properly insured and capable of accommodating the required grocery delivery bins.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

* Have previous professional delivery or courier experience.
* Hold a valid driver’s licence.
* Maintain appropriate commercial vehicle insurance.
* Be able to provide a recent driver’s abstract.
* Be able to provide a criminal record check/police clearance.
* Be physically capable of loading, transporting and unloading grocery bins.
* Be comfortable using GPS and delivery applications.
* Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism and strong customer service.
* Be available for a paid trial and onboarding.

WORK SCHEDULE

DELIVERY OPERATIONS: MONDAY–SUNDAY

FULL-TIME: Suitable for owner-operators seeking recurring weekly delivery assignments.

PART-TIME: Opportunities for drivers who can commit to specific scheduled days.

* Typical route duration: approximately 8–9 hours.
* Estimated daily delivery volume: 45–70 customer stops.
* Opportunities for recurring delivery assignments.
* Paid trial and successful onboarding required.

Schedules and route availability depend on operational requirements and performance.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

TORONTO CORE ROUTES

* $175 base pay for up to 45 completed customer deliveries.
* PLUS $5 for every additional completed delivery above 45.

OUTSIDE TORONTO ROUTES

* $150 base pay for up to 45 completed customer deliveries.
* PLUS $4 for every additional completed delivery above 45.

Earnings depend on completed deliveries and route location. Delivery volumes are not guaranteed.

Higher delivery volumes mean higher earnings.

These figures are illustrative, not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on completed deliveries and assigned routes. Routes with 75 stops are not guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

* Extra kilometres: $0.50 per approved kilometre beyond 100 km.
* Warehouse waiting time: $15 per hour for approved warehouse delays.
* Performance bonus: Potential 5% bonus for eligible delivery periods, subject to client approval and performance requirements. Not guaranteed.
* Parking ticket assistance: 50% reimbursement for eligible Toronto Core delivery parking fines, limited to two approved tickets per driver per calendar month. Exclusions apply.
* Payment schedule: Biweekly.

IMPORTANT: Compensation is calculated per completed customer delivery stop, not per grocery bin. Multiple bins delivered to the same customer count as one stop.

All earnings are gross amounts before fuel, insurance, maintenance, applicable taxes and other independent contractor expenses.

⭐ PAID TRIAL & PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

All selected drivers must complete a paid trial period of up to one week.

The trial is designed to evaluate driver performance and suitability for ongoing delivery assignments.

Evaluation criteria include:

* Punctuality and attendance.
* Accurate and timely delivery completion.
* Professionalism and customer service.
* Correct use of GPS and delivery applications.
* Careful handling of groceries and fresh produce.
* Communication, reliability and compliance with warehouse procedures.

Drivers who successfully meet our performance standards will be considered for ongoing delivery assignments.

Trial routes are paid at the advertised compensation rates. Continued assignments are subject to operational needs, performance and route availability.
