What You’ll Do:
Perform high-quality fitting, welding, and fabrication with efficiency and precision
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Maintain quality control standards and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
Troubleshoot fitting and welding issues as they arise

What You Bring:
5 years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in welding techniques, fabrication tools, and blueprint reading
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs and work in a metal shop environment with noise, dust, and welding operations
Certifications: Driver’s license, CWB certification
