Compensation: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
Tristone Partners Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day activities on our residential construction sites.
We specialize in multi-unit residential developments and are looking for someone who understands construction site operations, can effectively coordinate trades, and takes ownership of keeping projects organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and schedules.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site access.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Identify issues early and communicate with project management.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and updates.
- Assist with basic site preparation and enabling activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential multiplex construction or site supervision.
- Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and drawings.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage daily priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Hands-on experience with construction tools and minor site work is an asset, but not required.
Compensation
$20–$30 per hour, based on relevant experience and capabilities.
