Custom home builder and Renovator is looking for a reliable individual who has some construction experience, can use some basic tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate different trades and supervise daily onsite activities.
-Minor finishing/warranty/fixing repairs.
-Run around to pick up and drop off any items required on site are available.
-Keep Company vehicles maintained and cleaned.
-any onsite cleaning maintenance to make sure site looks clean/presentable and safe all the time.
-Assist the Construction team.
-Work in both interior and exterior conditions.
-General handyman skills.
-strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
-Self-starter with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
-Reliable personal vehicle and valid class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
-Daily driving to sites under construction (company work van is available)
