CanGems Rock N' Gem Shows is hiring temporary event staff in St. Catharines!

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to help our team with the setup and teardown of our upcoming Rock N' Gem Show.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn some extra money with short-term, hands-on work!

Location:
Holiday Inn & Suites – Parkway Conference Centre
327 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, ON

Work Dates & Times:
Setup: Thursday, October 22, 2026 – 9:00 AM
Teardown: Sunday, October 25, 2026 – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Duties:
Loading and unloading equipment and merchandise
Setting up and taking down tables and displays
Moving boxes and materials
Assisting our road crew with general event setup and teardown

Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting and moving items
Must be reliable and punctual
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) required

Hours are not guaranteed and depend on workload
