Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments across North America
• Schedule drivers, assign loads, and plan efficient routes
• Communicate regularly with drivers, customers, and management
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage documentation and communication related to cross-border shipments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• At least 1 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation customer service (preferred)

• Full-time position
• Location: Bolton, ON
