We are a busy RMT Massage Clinic located at Yonge & Hwy 7 looking for a Part-Time or Full time Receptionist to join our team.

Job description:
Pay: CA$18.00 - $22 per hour (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Job Responsibilities:
Strong English communication skills, clear, professional, and confident.
High sense of responsibility, reliable, punctual, and attentive to details.
Experience with SPA or wellness front desk preferred, especially handling high client turnover.
Experience processing insurance e-claims is a strong asset.
Manage booking system for client appointments.
Assist and support all practitioners as needed, with flexibility.
Answer and return phone calls, provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
Build and maintain client relationships and assist all practitioners as needed.
Assist with towel washing and drying (this is mandatory).
Complete daily end-of-day payroll.Requirements:
Must be punctual and able to arrive by 9:50 AM each workday.
Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
At least one year of work experience in a clinic, spa, wellness or health centre (If you do not have this experience, we will provide unpaid training)
