Sky Way Kitchen, a Chinese and Thai restaurant in Blackfalds, Alberta, is hiring a Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201).

Job details:
- Wage: $15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Temporary, Full time
- Start date: As soon as possible

- Work location: On site at 5009 Parkwood Rd, Blackfalds, AB
- Shifts may include early mornings, days, evenings and weekends

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash; sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items; portion and wrap foods; package take-out food
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars; handle and store cleaning products

Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Experience: Experience is an asset; we will train
- Work conditions: Fast-paced environment; standing for extended periods; repetitive tasks
- Personal suitability: Reliable, team player, able to follow instructions
