We are looking for a Driver to pick up Deliveries in Edmonton and Deliver to Homes/Business in Fort McMurray. Driver can Live In fort McMurray or Edmonton.
This Position is one day/every second week to start.
It is extremely Important that driver is very familiar with driving highway 63 and is able to manage through winter conditions safely.
The deliveries we do are for Local Business from Southern Alberta. boxes are approx. 12x12x12 and up to 40 lbs each. there are usually 1- 3 average per delivery
Should the candidate be successful for 6 months we will offer a $500.oo bonus at the completion of 6 months perfect attendance.
We are offering $400 flat rate for the day and we will pay the fuel. this works out to be about $40/Hour
You will bring proven delivery experience, your own Mini Van Like a Dodge Caravan.Proof of minimum 2 mill Liability insurance.
This could bring further Delivery opportunity around Edmonton and area in Future and could lead to a 4 day work week in 2027.
A resume WITH References is required and a Police background check.
You must have at least 10 years driving experience and minimum 5 years as a Courier.
