Bill is a thick, stunning 15.1 HH, Grade, Blue Roan Gelding with major eye appeal. He’s 9 years old. He has been ranched off of, team ropes, drug calves at branding’s and has lead pack strings miles into the mountains. W/T/L, moves off leg, great stop, can be ridden inside and out. He has a nice big hip, stands great for the farrier, and trailers perfectly.

Bill has had some time put into him by some good hands this year. 1 month in March with a cowhorse trainer, 1 month with Jardith Giesbrecht on the head side in August. He’s got his buttons polished up and he’s ready to go to work.

Bill, as absolutely wonderful as he is, is not for beginners, kids, or grandmas. He gets tight with time off, but settles right in once moving. He has never bucked under saddle during my ownership, but does require an experienced or confident rider.

Reason for selling is I run a community pasture with my family and had a wreck on a different horse shortly after my first kid, and it really shook my confidence. Three others have ridden Bill with zero issues, but he and I just can’t seem to click.

Bill is scheduled to go on Canadian horses to move on November 1st with a reasonable reserve. Please message or call 1-780-502-0432 for more info, videos, or to chat about where he’ll be priced.
