​Full-time Line Cook / Kitchen Staff: 30 – 40 hours/week
​Part-time Kitchen Staff: 15 – 20 hours/week (Weekend availability required)

​Food preparation (chopping, portioning, sauce prep, and stocking line stations)
​Operating flat-top griddles, fryers, and commercial woks
​Cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
​Dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized
​Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
