We are looking for an experienced individual contractor or small crew to repair exterior balconies at an apartment building near the University of Windsor.

The balconies are constructed with precast concrete slabs. Some areas have deteriorated concrete, peeling paint, rusted metal components, and possible water infiltration through the joints.

Scope of Work:

Inspect and identify water infiltration points

Repair damaged or spalling concrete

Clean and remove rust from metal components

Apply appropriate rust-resistant primer and protective coatings

Seal joints and cracks to prevent further water infiltration

Perform other necessary minor repairs

We prefer an experienced independent contractor or small crew rather than a large construction company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in balcony restoration or concrete repair

Own tools and equipment

Ability to work safely at elevated locations

Appropriate insurance and safety qualifications

Structural issues, if identified, must be referred for professional assessment

Location: Near the University of Windsor, Windsor, ON.
