Subcontractors Wanted – Fall Cleanup & Winter Snow Removal | Edmonton

FORTRIS Lawn & Snow is looking for reliable, experienced, and properly equipped subcontractors to join our team for the fall and winter seasons in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

We are seeking individuals or established crews capable of performing the following services:

FALL SERVICES

* Leaf removal and property cleanups
* Lawn aeration
* Lawn mowing and trimming
* Bagging and removal of yard debris
* General fall property maintenance

WINTER SERVICES

* Residential and commercial sidewalk clearing
* Parking lot snow plowing
* Snow blowing and shovelling
* Snow and ice management
* Snow removal following snowfall events

SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have or be able to obtain:

* $2 million commercial general liability insurance
* Valid WCB coverage
* Reliable vehicle and transportation
* Appropriate equipment for the services offered (push snowblowers, backpack blowers, shovels, plows, etc.)
* Experience in lawn maintenance or snow removal
* Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines
* Reliable communication and availability during snowfall events

Mandatory training and site orientation are required for all approved subcontractors before starting work.
