Hello! I have a basement room for rent. Room is reasonable large, carpeted. has a TV installed you can use to at least the end of December. All utilities included, with high speed interenet and Shaw Popular TV.
Basement is unfinished, but room is carpeted with a bed and mattress. Plenty of storage.
The house has a basement, main living room with kitchen. Two 50 men live in the upstairs two rooms. Most our time is spent upstairs--rarely in the living room, and downstaris mostly to cook. Two bathrooms, one upstairs, one on main floor.
Looking ideally for older male without dependents. At least one solid reference required, $495/month with a $400 deposit.
