We are looking for an experienced Truck Service Advisor to join our team.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Truck/Heavy-Duty Service Advisor
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and repair services
-Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
-Good computer and organizational skills
-Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply

Main Duties:
-Greet customers and understand their repair/service needs
-Open and manage work orders
-Communicate with technicians and coordinate repairs
-Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
-Provide customers with repair updates and completion times
-Order parts and coordinate with the parts department
-Review technician reports and prepare invoices
-Schedule services and follow up with customers
-Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
-Maintain professional customer relationships
