HIRING – DISHWASHER

Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour
Start Date: October 9
Position: Long-term, permanent opportunity

DISHWASHER
Typical Shift: Saturday and Sunday 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM/12:30 AM (4 to 5 hours shift)

Responsibilities:
* Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, woks, fryer baskets, utensils, tubs and containers.
* Wash front-of-house dishes, including plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.
* Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes and kitchen equipment throughout service.
* Work quickly and proactively, especially during busy periods.
* Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized and safe.
* Complete garbage and recycling runs and dispose of cardboard boxes.
* Sweep and mop designated kitchen and back-of-house areas.
* Assist with receiving daily deliveries and putting products away in designated storage areas.
* Complete all required dishwashing and closing duties before finishing the shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous restaurant, dishwasher or busser experience required.
* Must be reliable and punctual.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
* Must be proactive and able to work independently.
