Hello,

My name is Manuel, and I am interested in a small room anyone has for rent for under $600. You can contact me by text at 226-552-9746.

I am currently working part-time in the fast-food industry and receive Ontario Works assistance. I have been living at 99 Murray Street from April 2026, and my current lease ends on October 31, 2026, so I am looking for a new place to move into.

I am a quiet, mature, and respectful individual. I am generally out of the home during the day due to work and other activities, and I am primarily home to sleep and relax. I also have references available upon request.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the room and arrange a viewing. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
