Queen canopy bed with curtains, memory foam mattress with love seat sitting area with 40"TV with firestick and unlimited WIFI, large cabinet for your clothes, antique desk and private 3pc Rain shower head shower bathroom. Great sunsets.

Across the hall is the private Free laundry room with washer and dryer for you to use any time before 10pm.

The hall also goes out to the shared outside large deck with furniture and fire pit sitting area for everyone to enjoy.

Includes 1 parking spots in the driveway at the back of the house. There are steps and a very steep public sidewalk to get from the driveway parking to the private suite in the middle of the house.
It is not for people with any sort of mobility issues.

The rate of suite includes the taxes . $1538.46 taxes $261.54 total $1800.00 Rate $54.95 per night on a 28 day bases
