Senior on pension and in need of a rental unit, preferably a basement apartment or home in the country/city. I would like to reside in the Cambridge or Kitchener area if possible. I can do repairs if you need anything fixed and have my own tools and snowblower. I would require storage or a garage to store my tools and snowblower. I would be willing to do all maintenance if required, including taking the garbage out, painting, light plumbing, mowing lawn, gardening, snow blowing, car maintenance, and anything needing attention. I would prefer a female home owner that would like a respectful individual that would take care of her property and security of the home. I have my own security cameras if needed. I do not smoke, drink, or use any narcotics including medications. I opt for herbal teas and products and like to work in the garden as a pastime. I am courteous and very respectful to ones needs. I do not interfere with others privacy. I like to assist with cooking and do laundry, clean floors, vacuum, and do dishes. I love quiet evening watching TV shows and good movies and on occasions, go out for dinner. I love to travel observing places of interests.
