I am looking for a mature professional renter
I am renting the uper room floor of a detached house in Sierra Morena SW.
This room is fully furnished, and it has a very nice living room and one bedroom. It has a full bathroom plus shared kitchen in the main floor. All appliances are in decent shape

Here are some of the features of the suit.
-Big windows
-Big living room and kitchen
-Very good size bedroom
-On site laundry
-shared back deck
-Off street parking
-Mature trees and bushes around the house
-Shared yard maintenance.

It is a quiet and classy neighborhood, close to downtown, block from shopping mall, playground, fitness, pool, hockey rink, golf course,.... This rental is a must see.

Sorry no smoking inside the home! And NO PET
, you must provide police clearance to move in.
