AyA Kitchens of Winnipeg is growing and we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer/Sales Person to join our talented team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service with current and new clientele
- Build Rapport, listen to clients needs and identify selling opportunities
- Prepare design presentations, trades layouts and organize project folders
- Keep clients informed on all stages of the design to install process
- Manage multiple projects with the ability to work towards personal sales targets
- Typical work hours are 7:30 - 4:00 pm with possibility of overtime during busy seasons to keep up with workload


Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented
- Self motivated, problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work independently, but also as part of a team
- Experience with design programs such as Sketchup, Chief Architect, and/or CAD are considered an asset
- Sales experience is considered an asset

Salary:
- Based on experience
- Base Salary and opportunity for commission sales
