**​About Us**
We are a small, residential contracting crew (just myself and a lead worker) often partnering with local interior designers on custom renovations and builds. Because we run lean, we don't have time to micromanage.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Jobsite Helper who already knows their way around a construction site, understands tools and basic building methods, and can be handed a task, take ownership of it, and see it through to a clean finish.



**​What You’ll Be Doing**

* Taking Ownership: Taking on specific site tasks—from site prep, demolition, and framing to trim work and paint prep—and completing them efficiently without constant supervision.
* ​Hands-On Trade Support: Working alongside us on detailed residential finish work, tile prep, cabinet installs, and general carpentry.
* ​Site Management & Support: Keeping high-end residential jobsites organized, protected, and clean, as well as running targeted material pickups when needed.



**​What We’re Looking For**

* Proven Hands-On Experience: You have solid experience in residential construction, carpentry, or remodeling. You know how to use power tools safely and accurately.
* ​Self-Starter Mindset: You pay attention to details, anticipate the next step, and get things done right the first time without needing someone standing over your shoulder.
* ​High Standards: We work in premium homes—respecting client spaces, maintaining clean lines, and keeping a tidy workspace are non-negotiable.
* ​Reliable: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a track record of showing up on time, ready to work.
* ​Physical Capability: Fit and comfortable lifting 50 lbs, working on ladders, and doing active physical labor daily.
