• Monitored EDR with a 24/7 security operations centre, which is a significant step beyond antivirus.
• Backup, with restores actually tested instead of just reported as successful.
• Microsoft 365 administration, security and identity.
• Firewalls and network, as a Fortinet, Cisco and WatchGuard partner.
We work mainly with dental and medical clinics, law firms and accounting practices, so we already know Dentrix, Tracker, QuickBooks and Sage, and we understand what PIPEDA asks of you.
SIMPLE MONTHLY PRICING, PER DEVICE:
• Protect, $38: managed EDR with 24/7 SOC triage, patching, monitoring and a monthly report.
• Secure, $59: everything above plus unlimited remote helpdesk and after hours response on critical issues. This is the one most clients choose.
• Compliance, $79: everything above plus immutable backup, an annual policy pack and audit support.
• Servers $129 each, firewalls $49, Microsoft 365 mailbox backup $15.
A WORKED EXAMPLE: An office with 10 workstations, one server and six mailboxes is $855 a month, everything included. Minimum engagement $495 a month. Canadian dollars plus GST. Patch management requires Windows Pro.
Monitored EDR plus patching is currently $25 per computer on a promotional rate, regular $38, minimum 10 computers, if you want the security layer without the helpdesk.
