We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Back of House Team Members to join our Burrito Boyz team.

Our Back of House team keeps the restaurant running smoothly by prepping ingredients, cooking food, rolling burritos, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare fresh ingredients and food
- Cook and portion food according to Burrito Boyz standards
- Roll and prepare burritos accurately and efficiently
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete opening, prep, and closing duties
- Work together with the team during busy periods

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to cleanliness and a “clean as you go” mindset
- Comfortable following recipes, portion sizes, and food safety procedures

Our kitchen is open and visible to customers, so cleanliness, organization, and teamwork are important at all times.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
