Experienced contractor looking for a reliable, hardworking hourly subcontractor or part-time worker to assist with residential renovation and construction projects.

Work may include:
- Drywall installation and taping
- Painting
- Framing and general renovations
- Demolition and cleanup
- Bobcat/skid steer work
- General construction duties

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Has reliable transportation
- Available for part-time and/or project-based work
- Punctual and respectful of scheduled start times
- Responsive to phone calls and text messages
- Owns and maintains their own tools
- Clean, neat, and professional in appearance
- Friendly, respectful, and professional when dealing with clients
- Reliable and committed to showing up for scheduled work
- Maintains a professional, drug- and alcohol-free work environment

Work is primarily in the Lethbridge and surrounding area.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience and type of work.
