Description

Selling due to family death. This unit is in good shape. All floors recently replaced and covered with vinyl decking. All appliances were working when we stored away last fall. Unit was winterized. We are not sure of furnace as it has not been recently used. Roof was all re-sealed recently as well. It may need a new awning as it is flaking and hasn't been used recently. Table and couch convert to beds. Comes with 2 propane tanks, sewer caddy. Text 778-758-0019
