Band practice space or band rehearsal space for rent. Shared with 7 other bands. Available evenings are currently Wednesday and Thursday. Space is available those nights from 5:45 to 11:45 PM. Full PA, 14 channel board, 2 share mics, cables, guitar, mic and music stands. House acoustic Mapex kit with hi-hat (bring your own cymbals), guitar amp and bass amp.
Has outside cameras, inside cameras, 24/7 security monitoring, code access through keypads at lower and upper door. Your gear is safe being left here as the bands are all working, respectful and cooperative. Any gear that has been used without another band's consent is found on the video and a warning sent. Termination of rental agreement happens at a second occurrence,
Parking on site, $200 a month for which ever evening selected. Meaning, if you choose Wednesday, you get every Wednesday of the month for $200.
