We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at Eggsmart as a Server / Restaurant Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Communicate clearly and effectively in English (both spoken and written)

Handle busy and high-pressure situations with ease and a positive attitude

Upsell menu items such as daily specials, add-ons, and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Manage and process orders from all delivery and online aggregators (e.g., Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash) accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely preparation, packaging, and handoff of takeout and delivery orders

Assist with cleaning duties, including dining areas and supporting the dish pit when needed including sweeping and cleaning bathrooms daily.

Help manage inventory by ordering stock and organizing supplies

Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable handling dine-in and delivery/online orders simultaneously

Friendly, confident, and skilled in upselling

Team player with a strong work ethic
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Previous restaurant experience is an asset.
