Full-time | Compensation: Starting at $25 (depending upon experience)

Foam Comfort Inc. is hiring a reliable, hardworking sprayer to join our insulation crew. We complete residential and commercial projects throughout Toronto and the GTA and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions, and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Must have a spray foam licence/certification.

Responsibilities

Prepare and protect work areas: Mask windows, doors, floors, and finished surfaces; move materials and help keep work areas accessible.
Spray foam installer: Set up and pack down equipment, manage hoses, handle materials, and anticipate what the crew needs throughout the day.
Keep jobsites and trucks organized: Load and unload tools and materials, trim excess foam as directed, remove debris, and complete jobsite cleanup.
Attention with equipment care and other insulation work: Help clean and maintain equipment under supervision and assist with blown-in insulation and insulation removal when required.
Work safely and professionally: Follow the managers instructions, use required protective equipment, and treat customers, other trades, and their property respectfully.

Requirements

Reliable and punctual, with transportation to our shop and readiness to begin work at 7:15 a.m.
Comfortable with the physical demands of construction work, including handling equipment and materials, using ladders, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and at heights with appropriate training and protection.
Willing to learn, take direction, and stay productive during both preparation and cleanup—not only while spraying.
Having a valid Ontario driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract would be helpful. References and a background check are required.
Approved steel-toe safety boots and appropriate work pants. Company-branded workwear is provided.
