About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our nail salon team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can create a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk through the salon.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide professional, friendly customer service.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other client inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
Explain salon services, pricing, policies, and promotions.
Assist clients with choosing appropriate services when needed.
Communicate appointment details and special requests to nail technicians.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Monitor the appointment schedule and help minimize scheduling conflicts or delays.
Handle client questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Assist with light administrative and front-desk duties.
Support the salon team with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Previous customer service, receptionist, or salon experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and payment systems.
Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
Must be available for some evenings and/or weekends.
