We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team!

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, collaborating with a team, and providing excellent service.

What you’ll be doing:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate POS systems and process cash, debit & credit transactions
Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with assembling food items and meals
Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Support opening and closing procedures
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
✅ 1 year of food service experience required
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✅ Strong time management and multitasking skills
✅ Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays
✅ Languages: English, Hindi or Punjabi
