Smart Route Logistics Ltd. is a fast-paced logistics company providing reliable transportation and supply-chain solutions to clients across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor with a strong understanding of transportation safety and compliance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
Conduct regular driver and vehicle safety checks
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), logs, and compliance records
Review driver files, safety documentation, and inspection reports
Assist with accident/incident investigations and reporting
Conduct safety meetings and provide driver training
Monitor company safety performance and compliance
Maintain accurate safety and compliance records
Work closely with dispatch and management to promote a strong safety culture

Requirements
AZ Driving License
Previous experience in transportation safety or fleet compliance
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Experience with driver qualification files, HOS, and safety documentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment
