TIG Welder

About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for TIG welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel (20 to 16 Guage).
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment and related tools.
• Prepare, fit, and position metal components for welding.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
• Complete work efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience as a TIG Welder or in a similar welding/fabrication role.
• Strong TIG welding skills with the ability to produce clean, precise welds.
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand welding drawings and measurements.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
